Ping Pong

An enjoyable and easy way to take some exercise, whatever the weather is doing outside. 

Items you’ll need

  • Ping pong paddle
  • Small, soft ball
  • A ping pong table, or big enough safe surface to hit the ball back and forth on


  1. Share a paddle and soft ball with the individual/group
  2. Practice hitting the ball up and down
  3. Try alternating between the front and back of the paddle
